Business Manager 

The Tonbridge Federation comprises of Hugh Christie School and Long Mead Community Primary School. Following the retirement of the current post holder, the Governors are seeking to appoint a Business Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient oversight of finance and operations in both schools. 

As School Business Manager, you will be a member of the senior leadership team and as such you will contribute to the strategic planning, monitoring, evaluation and development of the School. Working closely with the Executive Principal and Head teacher’s you will be responsible for the financial and business management of the schools. 

We are looking for:

• An ambitious and dedicated manager ideally from an educational setting
• A true professional with excellent knowledge of finance and management systems
• A hardworking, organised, efficient, flexible and creative team player with drive and ambition
• A confident user of information technology, with excellent communication skills
