STUDENT SUPPORT MANAGERS

Required as soon as possible

We are seeking to employ two Student Support Managers to work across the school (Yrs 7-13) to assist in supporting the learning process in the school.

We are looking for someone who has a range of talents and skills, and is enthusiastic, well organised and self-motivated.  A sense of humour, flexibility and ability to work under pressure and to work as part of a team are essential.  It is expected that the successful candidate will have experience in working with young people. 

Responsibilities will vary but include:

  • Monitoring attendance and other data
  • Helping students overcome barriers to learning
  • Interviewing parents and students
  • Liaising with staff and external agencies

This post is 37 hours per week, term time plus 5 days offered on Kent Range 6 pay scale.
