We are looking two special people.

  • One to work in across Keystage 1 and EYFS, supporting teaching and learning in class. aswell as intervention work with individuals and small groups as required
  • and one to work in across Keystage 2 supporting teaching and learning in class. aswell as intervention work with individuals and small groups as required

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • understand and overcome emotional barriers to learning.
  • develop a trusting, supportive and safe relationship with children
  • show unstinting care to enable individuals to reach their full potential in a safe and secure environment
  • work as a team with other adults in the learning environment undertaking appropriate duties conducive to the needs of the school
  • be a team player as part of the school community
  • Work flexibly with enthusiasm and passion for their job
  • Contribute to the learning and assessment of the children, enabling expected progress to be made.
  • develop effective, trusting and supportive relationships with parents and carers

The successful candidate will be required to work daily, with a typical work schedule of 8.45am-3.15pm.

Ideally we are looking for someone to start immediately, but will wait for the right candidates.

Both positions are fixed term contracts until 31st August in the first instance. .

Information about the school

Hartlip Endowed Church of England Primary School is a small Voluntary Aided village school situated just off the A2 between Sittingbourne and Rainham. The school can accommodate 105 pupils on roll in four classes. Our popular primary school is set in attractive village surroundings and has a small close-knit and supportive staff team.
