This post is for an Administrator to the English Hub Lead Practitioner, 30 hours/week term time only.

Kingsnorth English Hub, as part of Kingsnorth Church of England Primary School is seeking to recruit a confident individual to assist the Lead Practitioner in providing professional admin support.

Some experience of general administration duties would be preferable, with good excel and word processing skills. Applicants should have excellent listening, communication, organisational and literacy skills, and be able to maintain confidentiality.

Kingsnorth CE Primary School is an exciting and vibrant place to learn and develop. We were judged as outstanding in our SIAMS. In our most recent OFSTED as a ‘Good School’.

We are also one of 34 English Hub school’s across the country. We are an active and leading school within Aquila (The Diocese of Canterbury Academies Trust - www.diocant-aquila.org). We work in strong partnership with other schools across Ashford, South Kent and beyond, providing support and learning opportunities for our staff.

We are a flag ship school for the Inclusion Quality Mark and are extending this by working with Nurture UK to further develop our provision as we understand that all behaviour is communication. We have recently been successful in being awarded the Leading Parent Partnership Award and the Wellbeing Award. We are also very proud of our Outdoor Learning/Forest school provision which we are incorporating with our OPaL (Outdoor Learning and Play) scheme.

We are situated next to the church in the heart of Kingsnorth village, south of Ashford. We are a large 2 form entry school with 420 children on roll. We have strong links with the local Church and Community. Our supportive Governing Body and active PFA play key roles in school life.
