Required for April 2020 or sooner if your situation permits: Leadership scale  L9 - L13.

You will:

*Possess exceptional leadership skills and will continue to build on existing high standards in partnership with the headteacher and governing body;

*Demonstrate clear experience and high levels of expertise around Inclusion and Safeguarding, including the rigorous tracking and monitoring of vulnerable groups. You may have the national SENCo accreditation, but we are also willing to train.

*Be an exemplary practitioner, confident to lead by example and setting high standards for all;

*Relish creative thinking and demonstrate those exceptional and highly sought-after inter-personal skills that inspire, motivate and develop others;

*Have proven leadership experience, demonstrating clearly how you have successfully led improvements in the primary setting.
