We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative teacher for 2 days per week.

We can offer you a friendly welcoming school with close community and church links, supportive staff and most importantly motivated and engaged pupils.

Information about the school

St Margaret’s, Collier Street is a small and welcoming Church of England village school which is ideally situated between Maidstone and Tonbridge. Our children, of which there are currently 124, are polite and love to learn. Our latest OFSTED report in May 2022 remarked that 'there is a strong culture of personal and professional support among staff'.

We are very well resourced and have a purpose built children's kitchen, additional teaching rooms as well as very spacious grounds. We offer a friendly school which maintains close links with the church and where everyone works together for the benefit of every pupil. We have very supportive parents and an active PTA.
