Smarden Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking supervisor for a new After School provision to start in September.

The After School Club working hours are Monday to Friday 3pm to 6pm during term time only.

You will need to have a can do attitude and be a good communicator with both children and adults.

The role will involve providing a safe, nurturing and creative environment for pupils, preparing a simple tea, setting up and clearing away.

The After School Supervisor will be responsible for ordering supplies, planning activities and food preparation and will report to the school's Senior Leadership Team.

It is preferable that you will hold a C grade or above in GCSE Maths and English. Experience of working with children would be preferred.

Ideally you will have a First Aid and Food Hygiene certificate, however it is not essential as training can be provided.

The post will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Application to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
