Are you the new friendly, professional and welcoming face of our school office? Eastchurch CEP School is looking for an Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our friendly Business Support, based at our St Clement site.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a friendly, professional manner to welcome visitors to ensure an efficient and organised frontline service
  • Have a hands on approach and the flexibility to deal with queries from parents, staff and pupils
  • Have good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Be a confident user of IT systems e.g. SIMS, Excel, Word
  • Be flexible with good organisational skills
  • Be an effective team member with a willingness to support across both school sites

The role is based at our St. Clement site, Leysdown, on a part time basis of either two or three days per week, from 8.00am to 4.30pm daily, with a break for lunch, term time only.

This role is within Kent Range 3, starting at £17,365 (Pro rata), approximately £5,808 to £8,500 gross per annum based on 2 or 3 days per week.
