We are looking for a dynamic, creative, inspirational and enthusiastic year 2 teacher to join our happy and supportive team. We can offer you the opportunity of working in a delightful school with wonderful children.

Applications are sought from suitably experienced teachers trained to teach 4 -7 years age range.  NQTs are also welcome to apply.

We are looking for that special person who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, has a sense of humour, has a commitment to raising standards and has the energy and determination to make a difference. 

This position will be temporary to cover maternity leave but there is a possibility of being extended further.

Informal visits are strongly encouraged and recommended.

Tours dates are Monday 30th September at 3.30pm, Wednesday 2nd October at 9.30 am and Thursday 3rd October at 1.30pm.  Please call the school office to book.

Westmeads Community Infant School is situated in the heart of Whitstable. We have 180 pupils in six classes. We have a dynamic team, supportive parents and governors and strong community links.
