St Mary's Catholic Primary School in Gillingham requires a Clerical Officer to start as soon as possible

CLERICAL OFFICER Grade D2 – Salary: £18,426 - £21,166 per annum pro rata

Hours: 32.5 hrs per week, term time only

Location: St Mary’s Catholic Primary School, Greenfield Road, Gillingham, Kent ME7 1YH

 

The governors wish to appoint a Clerical Officer to work 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, for 6.5 hours a day to start as soon as possible.

 

St Mary’s is a two form entry school with a friendly, supportive and hardworking team. We are looking for someone to join our school office ASAP. We are looking for someone who is

  • Motivated, enthusiastic and highly organised
  • Able to use the computer effectively – a knowledge of SIMS.net would be desirable but training would be given
  • Understands the need for confidentiality
