Nonington CE Primary Schools requires a Teaching Assistant for our Reception/KS1 class, 25 hours per week term time only, for a fixed term contract until August 2020 initially. 

Are you interested in making a difference to children’s outcomes? We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to support our pupils' progress. Also, you will be required to take part in play activities and other aspects of school life.

You will have:

  • A Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent, or experience 
  • GCSE English and Maths C or equivalent
  • Good understanding of ICT
  • Knowledge or experience of supporting pupils with SEMH
  • A calm and flexible approach
  • Good understanding of school policies and procedures relating to health & safety, behaviour, attendance, equal opportunities and child protection.
