Receptionist / Administration Assistant
10 hours per week 8.15-9.15am and 2.45-3.45pm, 5 days per week
38 weeks 2 days per year (term time plus 2 days)
Kent Range 3 payscale £17365 (£3,908 Pro Rata) Temporary until August 2020
TIMU Academy Trust is looking to recruit a Receptionist / Administration Assistant at Bobbing School, to cover peak periods in the school office.
You will be required to deal effectively with a wide range of people. Duties will include answering the telephone, manning the main reception desk, undertaking general administration tasks. Assisting in the smooth and efficient running of the school’s office and reception area. Experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
You will need to have a good level of written language and be computer literate with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SIMS would be an advantage but all training will be given where necessary.
