Brunswick House is looking to appoint a high performing, full time teaching assistant who has a minimum of two years' experience of working with children with specific learning needs.
You will have experience of supporting a wide range of needs and a clear understanding of how to inspire and motivate children to achieve their targets.
You know how to make a difference.
The successful applicant will have a good standard of education (equivalent to GCSE grade 'C' in at least English and maths) and have a clear understanding of strategies to support and challenge pupils with moderate learning and communication difficulties. You will be able to encourage children who find social interaction a challenge.
