The School requires a personnel and finance assistant to work within our office. You will need to work closely with our School Business Manager, Senior Leadership team and other office staff. 

We are an established and knowledgeable team and will be able to offer good support to you as you start the role. Ideally we are looking for a candidate that has experience in an office environment, finance experience would be an advantage. 

Your day to day role will be one of data input, invoice processing and arranging payments from our BACS system, chasing clients for orders, and assisting senior leadership with processing personnel issues.

As part of the job you will support teaching staff in managing their budgets for subjects as well as supporting the general office during busy periods.
