Cage Green School is a forward thinking school that recognises children's strengths and talents and creates opportunities to help them to maximise their potential. Our children are positive and enthusiastic learners and our staff are welcoming, caring, hard working and supportive.

In addition to our 11 classes (EYFS to Year 6) we have a Specialist Resource Provision for children who, on their EHCP, have ASD as their primary need.  

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly skilled teacher to cover Maternity Leave commencing in January 2020.

The post is suitable for an excellent mainstream teacher with experience in Key Stage 1, who wishes to develop his/her SEN experience and work in this highly specialist and sought after provision. Or someone who has extensive SEN experience working in a specialist provision or mainstream school

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment.  The post is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure Check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.

Cage Green Primary School is a small, happy primary school in north Tonbridge with 210 pupils from Reception to Year Six, including a resourced provision for children with autistic spectrum conditions.
