The Trust currently comprises of 24 academies, 19 primary and 5 secondary.  The Trust are seekling an experienced Clerk to assist a Governing Body and  two Academy Committees in driving our Academies forward in their pursuit of becoming outstanding in all areas.  

Our ideal candidate will be a skilled administrator who is used to organising meetings and booking venues, preparing agendas and meeting materials prior to meetings and following up on actions (matters arising).  The candidate will providce support and advice to governors, take and circulate minutes following meetings. 

The successful candidate will work closely with the Clerk to the Trust Board and Company Secretary to ensure that all aspects of governance are effective and that they provide support in an efficient and competent manner through their Clerking role to the Governing Body. 

The role is home-based, part-time and clerks will be expected to travel between the two academies to attend meetings and therefore access to a car is essential.  Clerks will be allocated a bank of hours per annum to undertake the role which will involve preparing for and attending evening meetings.  For more information, please contact the Michelle Boniface or Kirsten Hardman in the Trust Office (01622 232662).

The Kent Catholic Schools’ Partnership (KCSP) is a multi-academy trust (MAT) for Catholic schools in Kent, currently comprising 19 primary academies and 5 secondary academies, and a combined total of just over 9,000 pupils.
