We are seeking to appoint a lunchtime supervisor with high expectations who will have the ability to work effectively and enthusiastically as part of a team and be able to engage with the children whilst ensuring their safety and wellbeing. 

If you enjoy working with children and would like to work in a friendly primary school then this could be the role for you.

We would expect the successful candidate to have a firm but fair approach whilst being patient and understanding.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

  1. To support children in developing good 'meal time' skills.

  2. To encourage the children to engage in activities outside (or inside in cases of bad weather) that develop their social and personal skills.

  3. To contribute to the safe atmosphere that the children thrive on. This will include undertaking basic first aid and monitoring and encouraging positive behaviour. 

The post is from 11:45 to 1.15pm daily during term time only.
