Cobham Hall is looking to appoint an Administrator/Receptionist to provide administrative support to the School.  You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to take notes of meetings and generate minutes.  Knowledge of SIMS is an advantage; however, training will be given.  Confident and appropriate communication skills are a must.  You will be expected to liaise with students, parents and guardians, members of the public and School staff with tact, diplomacy and confidentiality.  

The post-holder will work from 08:30 to 17:00 (includes an hour unpaid lunch break), Monday to Friday for 37 weeks a year, which will comprise term time inclusive of INSET days, plus four weeks to fit the needs of the business. Note that, as an independent school, Cobham Hall’s holiday dates will vary from other schools, please check our website for details.    

Salary is £19,500 per annum, which will be paid on a pro-rata basis.  This is equivalent to an hourly rate of £10.00.   You will be entitled to 25 days paid holiday pro-rata to be taken during the School holidays and eight bank holidays on a pro-rata basis.  In total this equates to 26 days paid holiday per annum.
