About the Job 

We are looking for a dynamic Lead Chef to join our Catering Team.  Leading a team of 5 Catering Assistants you will be responsible for ensuring that the students and the staff at Spires Academy are provided with a nutritious, balanced selection of meals and snacks that provide value for money and are produced efficiently.

The position is term time only, 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.

 

The hours of work are generally 7.00 - 3.00 but there is some flexibility around the start time.

You will need to have an understanding of all Food Hygiene and relevant Health and Safety legislation coupled with a good financial understanding and a proven background in commericial or school catering.
