We are looking for an excellent practitioner to join our enthusiastic and dedicated team from September 2019.

We are looking for someone who

  • has high expectations and aspirations for themselves and the children they teach

We are happy to employ an NQT or a teacher early in their career, who we will help to develop both in their teaching and leadership skills. We are equally happy to employ an experienced teacher.

Snodland CEP School was graded by Ofsted as a Good school with Outstanding behaviour in March 2017 and our SIAMS inspection in April 2018 graded us as an Outstanding Church of England School. We currently have nearly 400 children on roll, organised into 14 classes. We have a very dedicated and extremely hardworking staff, who have high expectations for ALL children.
