This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced candidate to make a real difference to pupils and their learning outcomes.
We are looking for someone to support a child in Upper Key Stage 2 who requires additional support across the curriculum as well as with some behavioural needs.
The position is for 2 days a week.
Our support team work flexibly across the whole school to meet the pupils' needs and therefore the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate that they can assist in promoting the learning and personal development of pupils.
The successful candidate may also be required to deliver intervention programmes to support small groups of children to raise standards.
The role requires good organisational, personal and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of children.
We require a good standard of general education and GCSE qualifications in English and Mathematics at Grade C or above.
Leeds and Broomfield Church of England (Voluntary Controlled) Primary School serves the small rural community within the village of Leeds close to the historic Leeds Castle.
It is a small village school with mixed aged classes, which actively promotes a caring and Christian ethos within a family atmosphere.
The school is central to the community and works closely with the Church and Diocese to enhance the schools Christian status. It is one of three schools that form the KULB Federation. It was awarded a good outcome from Ofsted in October 2016.
