Due to our continuing expansion the Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated class teacher to work in our popular school initially in a Year 3 class.

The school is proud of its results and the reputation it has in the local area.  Our recent Ofsted inspection report in November 2017 comments on the good quality of education and positive, inclusive nature of the school.

To join our teaching team you would need to have drive and vitality and have a proven record of consistently 'good' to 'outstanding' teaching to fulfil the high expectations that we have for our children.   Applications from NQTs would also be considered for this role.

The staff are an enthusiastic, committed team and the new member would need to have a willingness to take an active role in the life of the school and to share their subject expertise.

Candidates will be expected to have a strong focus on achievement and attainment and be experienced in using assessment for learning to promote progress.

The staff and children are very welcoming and visits to Singlewell are encouraged.  We will be delighted to show you around and discuss the role further.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children therefore appointment to this position will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure and other safeguarding recruitment procedures.

Please visit the school website for further information on the school. To access the website please enter www.singlewell.kent.sch.uk into the address bar at the top of your computer screen.
