Temple Hill Primary Academy is looking to recruit an aspiring school leader who is interested in joining a team that focuses on the happiness and wellbeing of children and in particular those children who are vulnerable, have special educational needs or disabilities. 

This AHT/SLT role requires a highly motivated, quick thinking, creative leader who is looking for their next challenge to join our friendly and supportive team.

This position will suit a teacher who is passionate about education and leadership, who has excellent organisational skills and thrives on challenge, who has the highest expectations of themselves and of the children and is a team player who can motivate and support all members of our school community.  They will need a specific interest, knowledge and expertise in meeting the needs of SEND pupils in mainstream schools and have the skills and personal attributes to lead and support staff in raising standards.  As part of the Leadership team the post holder would be expected to play a part in monitoring standards across the school and driving school improvement in addition to undertaking responsibility for the day to day management of provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
