The SRBP provides support for students with an Education Health Care Plan, within which the primary need relates to speech and language disorders, according to our entry criteria.
The post holder will be required to work 1:1 with students across our Academy to ensure that students’ needs do not become a barrier to learning and making progress. This support will be in-class and through targeted interventions, which may also involve small group work with students in the SRBP.
