The Abbey School is looking to recruit Invigilators for the coming exam season and on an ongoing basis. Experience is not necessary as training will be given.

The ability to work in a team, under direction, and to communicate effectively are essential.

Invigilators will be required to conduct examinations in accordance with the JCQ and the school’s instructions and will play a key role in upholding the integrity of the examination process.

Please note that invigilators are required to stand and move around the exam venue for up to 3 hours.

The Abbey School is a mixed secondary school with a thriving population of over 1200 students. We believe that school should be a place where young people can discover and develop their own talents. The school is situated in the historic market town of Faversham. We aim to provide the highest quality value-added education and excellent pastoral care for all students.
