This is a new role, for one year initially. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence, develop, deliver and evaluate a customer-focused marketing strategy for Brook Learning Trust’s academies. This role really will enable you to apply and develop your marketing expertise and welcomes creativity, innovation and professionalism in promoting our academies to a wide range of different stakeholders.

With an eye for detail and excellent communication, IT and organisational skills, you will support the Principals and Heads of Academy Administration across our three sites, prioritising a busy workload and meeting tight deadlines. The successful candidate must have an interest in the educational sector and a keen appetite to join us on our journey to proactively market and promote our academies and our vision for education.

Our central Trust team is based at The High Weald Academy, Cranbrook, however the role will require frequent travel to our other sites in Tonbridge and Swanscombe.

The role attracts excellent employee benefits including reduced gym membership, employee assistance programme, free on-site parking and membership of the local government pension scheme. Flexible working may be possible for the right candidate.
