We are looking for a dynamic, creative, inspirational and enthusiastic teacher to join our happy and supportive team in a year 1 class. We can offer you the opportunity of working in a delightful school with wonderful children.

Applications are sought from suitably experienced teachers trained to teach 4 -7 years age range.  NQTs are also welcome to apply.

We are looking for that special person who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, has a sense of humour, has a commitment to raising standards and has the energy and determination to make a difference. 

This is to cover a temporary staffing position until 31st August 2019 with a view to becoming permanent if the candidate is suitable. 

Informal visits are strongly encouraged and recommended.

Tours dates are Monday 25th, Tuesday 26th February at 9.30am and Thursday 28th March, at 2pm.  Please call the school office to book.

Westmeads Community Infant School is situated in the heart of Whitstable. We have up to 180 pupils in six classes. We have a dynamic team, supportive parents and governors and strong community links.
