This newly created post of School Improvement Lead is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated leader who possesses an excellent track record in leading school improvement, to work as part of the leadership team of Potential in Everyone Academy Trust. This position offers the successful candidate an opportunity to lead school improvement across the Trust by:

  • Identifying and sharing good practice and up to date educational research
  • Communicating progress and action points with Leaders and Directors
  • Leading and facilitating high quality CPD for all teaching staff
  • Working closely with our wonderful pupils to ensure that every single one of them reaches their full potential.

The successful candidate will be an inspirational and talented leader and be able to motivate and support the development of others with unwavering belief in the potential of every child. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to relate well to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

You must be able to stay at the forefront of educational developments and be an inspirational classroom practitioner.

As part of the interview process, if shortlisted, you will be observed undertaking a range of tasks including lesson monitoring, work moderation, data analysis, meeting with our pupils and a presentation focused on school improvement priorities.  A visit prior to the closing date to gain an understanding of the Trust’s ethos and values is warmly welcomed.  

This is a full-time position.

Potential in Everyone Academy Trust is a Church based Multi Academy Trust which is made up of two small Church of England Primary Schools (Bredgar and Borden), a three form entry Infant School (The Oaks) and a three form entry Junior school (Minterne). We also proudly provide a specialist resource provision for children with speech and language difficulties on the Oaks and Minterne site. The Trust's registered office is Bredgar CE Primary School.
