Turner Schools is looking to appoint a highly reliable, efficient and adaptable Administration Assistant to join our busy school at the heart of the community for a period of maternity cover.

The position is 37 hours per week, term time only + 2 additional weeks (including INSET days)

You will often be the first point of contact for our parents, children and visitors and we therefore expect the successful candidate to:-

  • Have HEART
  • Be passionate about supporting our children and the community
  • Have the ability to make our pupils feel valued and safe
  • Enjoy working as a team
  • Offer enthusiasm and energy to the role
  • Have excellent IT skills
  • Have the ability to communicate well (written, face to face, telephone)
  • Be able to organise and prioritise your workload
  • Have exceptional knowledge of SIMS
  • Have experience in updating websites and Facebook
  • Have previous school experience
