Advert

Full-time (37 hours per week), 8am – 4pm; term-time only, plus five additional school holiday days.

Kent Range 4 (£17,189 - £18,058 pro-rata) depending on previous experience.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and efficient colleague to join our team of committed associate staff to be responsible for reception and office duties.  For these duties, you will be responsible to the Bursar who will oversee and direct your daily work.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for keeping pupil information up to date and monitoring.  This involves monitoring school registers, dealing with pupils who are late and calling home or using the school’s automated text message system when reasons for absence have not been received.

While experience in one or more of these areas would be desirable, it is more important that you are keen and willing to develop your skills, as full training and support will be given.

The school uses SIMS, a school information management system, and you will be responsible for the accuracy of information held on the system.  Again, while experience of using SIMS would be an advantage, the ability to learn how to use the system is more important, as full training and support will be given.  For this reason, you should feel confident in the general use of computers and will know how to use typical office software such as Word and Excel.

I look forward to receiving your application.
