Turner Schools is looking to appoint a dedicated, caring and understanding Family Liaison and Attendance Officer on a temporary basis to cover a period of maternity leave. The Family Liaison and Attendance Officer will have high expectations of themselves and others.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building trusting relationships with pupils and their families, offering help, advice and support, signposting families to other agencies when appropriate. We are looking for a real team player who is ambitious to improve and maintain the good attendance levels of our pupils at Martello Primary. The Family Liaison and Attendance Officer will promote a positive attendance and punctuality culture to enable the pupils to learn effectively. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving outcomes for our children through the support they provide to the children and their families, as well being a committed team player.
