ESTATES/HEALTH AND SAFEETY MANGER

The governors of Sir Roger Manwood’s School are looking to appoint a well-qualified, creative and proactive Estates Manager to join the team at this over-subscribed and highly successful selective school  The right candidate must be able to manage and develop the facilities and health and safty of the school. The post holder shall have direct responsibility for the following: Health & Safety and Compliance reporting/auditing, service delivery and improvement .Lead the contract management and performance of the cleaning and grounds contracts, The day to day facilities management of the estates. Project management of internal and external building works and maintenance programmes, Manage the maintenance budget in line wih developing a five year programme of works.
