We are recruiting for a very important role within the school for an Internal Exclusion Tutor.  

You will support the schools Behaviour Policy.

In the classroom you will keep students on track using pre prepared knowledge booklets suitable for their ability so that they do not fall behind in lesson. 

The internal exclusion sanction will be applied when students engage in serious misbehaviour or persistently disrupt the learning of others in the classroom. The length of time a student is required to attend Internal Exclusion will be decided by members of the Towers SLT. Students attending this facility will be required to complete work as directed by the Internal Exclusion Tutor in silent conditions. Students will receive the normal lunch break unless their behaviour or lack of work produced warrants SLT isolation during this period.

You will be expected to contribute to our family lunch rota and after school detentions. 

The Internal Exclusion Tutor will need to proivide our Senior Leadership Team with data of non attendees and attendees keeping registers up to date.
