Turner Schools are looking to appoint an outstanding qualified teacher with the SENDCo accreditation. The successful candidate will have a degree in ASD and be a DSL, or will be willing to work towards these. The SENDCo will lead our ASD provision at Martello Primary and must have experience of working with children who have a wide range of educational needs across the primary age range.

You will need to be extremely organised, flexible and be able to adapt quickly to changes within the school. You will be dedicated, enthusiastic, patient and caring to help our children enjoy, learn and achieve success.

Experience with Read Write Inc would be ideal but not essential as we will provide training if you have not had experience of this programme.

An interest in the social justice work of E.D. Hirsch and Michael Young is welcomed.

An interest in the work of Doug Lemov and the TLAC movement is also welcomed.
