Hunton CEP School’s Governing Body are seeking to appoint a motivated and efficient clerk.

 

The Clerk will be accountable to the Governing Body and will work closely alongside the Chair of Governors, Head Teacher and School Business Manager.

 

The Clerk will be required to support the meetings of the Full Governing Body and a small number of other meetings as well as providing advice and support. The Full GB meetings take place at Hunton School at 4pm, 6 times a year.

 

The candidate must have their own transport and be highly organised with a keen eye for deadlines.

 

Duties include preparation and circulation of agendas/minutes and other administrative duties.

We are a Voluntary Aided Church of England Primary School. The school currently has 106 pupils taught in 4 year groups comprising R; 1 and 2; 3 and 4; 5 and 6. The PAN is currently 15.
