St Crispin’s CP Infant School is looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant who has the ability to support, motivate and provide challenge for a pupil with specific medical needs.

The role will be part time, sharing with the existing TA who is looking to reduce her hours.  The post is term time only and exact working hours/days will be agreed with the existing post holder.

We are looking for someone with proven ability in the education/childcare field who enjoys working with this age group. The ideal candidate will have high expectations for both achievement and behaviour, as well as the ability to work flexibly, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a sense of fun. Experience of working with children with medical needs would be a distinct advantage.
