Join Team Turner - Morehall Primary and Martello Primary are looking to appoint a highly reliable, efficient and adaptable Personal Assistant to the Principal to work across both schools and to help promote and support our vision and direction of making our schools a place where children thrive and knowledge matters.

You will be the main point of contact between the Principal and the Trust community and we therefore expect the successful candidate to:-

  • Have HEART
  • Have previous experience in a similar role
  • Be passionate about supporting our children and the community
  • Have the ability to make our pupils feel valued and safe
  • Enjoy working as a team
  • Offer enthusiasm and energy to the role
  • Have excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Work Expert, Excel, Excel Expert, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Be an expert minute-taker
  • Have the ability to communicate well (written, face to face and telephone)
  • Be able to organise and prioritise your workload
  • Have exceptional knowledge of SIMS
  • Have experience in updating websites, Facebook and generating Press Releases
  • Work confidentially, dealing with a broad spectrum of personnel related matters
  • Have previous primary school experience
