Information about the school

Information about the 10:10 Primary Federation The 10:10 Primary Federation has been formed through the collaboration of Goudhurst and Kilndown and Benenden CE Primary Schools, both situated in small picturesque villages in the Weald of Kent. Goudhurst & Kilndown Primary School which was graded Outstanding at our last Ofsted and SIAMS inspections; Benenden Primary was graded good in both their respective inspections. The catchment areas are mixed, with children from a wide variety of backgrounds. Both our schools are very well equipped and our facilities are excellent and we are delighted that from September 2019, Benenden children are now learning in their wonderful new building. We place high value on developing the ‘whole child’. Academically, we offer a broad and balanced curriculum, rich with outdoor learning opportunities; we have established Forest Schools which all children experience. Children's wellbeing and mental health is of an equal high priority; the learning and pastoral support from within and outside of the schools fully support this.
