Are you at the start of your journey or looking for a new adventure? We are looking for a good teacher, NQT or experienced for a Key Stage 2 position from September 2018. This position is in a split year 5 and 6 class and could be full or part time (0.8); the successful candidate will be well supported by our whole school team. You will have a full time, experienced teaching assistant; a well-resourced environment and a class budget! Additionally there will be many opportunities to experience Forest School in 10 acres of local woodland. 

We would like a dedicated teacher who can inspire and motivate our children, who are well mannered, enthusiastic to learn and delightful to teach. There is no crowd control at Frittenden: behaviour is exemplary.

We are an ambitious and successful school, graded ‘Good’ in both our last Ofsted and SIAMS inspections. We foster a positive and supportive ethos and want our school to be the best.

Information about the school

Frittenden Church of England Primary School is a popular small school in the heart of the village. Whilst we benefit from an idyllic location in the heart of the countryside, we are easily accessible from Maidstone, Ashford and Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding villages. We currently have 101 children on roll divided into 4 classes, with an intake of 15 into the Reception class and mixed classes thereafter.

As a church school we enjoy a close relationship with St Mary's Church. We promote our Christian values of Compassion, Joy and Respect throughout our school.
