At Tiger Primary we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, caring and highly driven Pastoral Support leader.

 

This is a new role to our school and the successful candidate will become part of our well-being team and will focus on supporting and encouraging  the children’s social and emotional development as well as supporting families, when necessary.

 

The support you provide will be delivered in a variety of ways, including delivering social groups, team building activities, lunchtime clubs and supporting the needs of children within the learning environment.

 

Our newly appointed Pastoral Support Leader will have excellent communication skills and will be able to liaise with children, parents and outside agencies. An understanding of Early Help would be advantageous, but not essential.

 

You will be self– motivated, non-judgemental person with a passion for ensuring that children are able to reach and fulfil their full potential within and outside of school.

 

If you are an amazing team player with excellent interpersonal skills  and willing to work closely with others, then this is the role for you.
