This position is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding and inspirational Modern Foreign Languages teacher to join our dynamic Modern Foreign Languages Team. The post will involve teaching either French or Spanish to A Level. The ability to teach both French and Spanish would be an advantage.

All of our students study a Modern Foreign Language to GCSE level. The Modern Foreign Languages Department currently has seven full-time and two part-time teaching members of staff. The Department has a Head of Department for Modern Foreign Languages and a Deputy Head of Department for Modern Foreign Languages. There are two Language Assistants that support this team based at Tonbridge working with Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 students.

Information about the school

Weald of Kent is a selective Girls’ Grammar School for 11-18 year olds with a roll of approximately 2000 students including our co-educational Sixth Form.
