We are looking for an inspirational Assistant Headteacher with a passion for Inclusion.

Can you support others to develop outstanding teaching and learning?

Are you an experienced SENCo, or willing to train to be a SENCo, and have the passion and drive for Inclusive practice? Do you have experience of working collaboratively with external agencies for best outcomes for pupils?

This is a non-class based leadership role working closely with the Head of School and within the Inclusion Team to drive the school forwards in continuously providing exciting and creative learning opportunities for all.

St Martin's School is a one form entry school, situated in a long-established residential area on the western outskirts of Dover.
