We are seeking to appoint an Examinations Officer/Administration Officer.  You will need to be numerate, organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail, and be willing and able to provide valuable support to our students, examinations team and curriculum support team. An ability to deal with matters calmly, swiftly and firmly without being confrontational is key and you will need to be reliable, punctual and flexible. Previous experience in working with secondary school age children would be a distinct advantage, as would any previous supervisory experience.

The successful candidate will be able to provide a professional and efficient service, ensuring we are fully prepared for our GCSE and A level cohort to sit their examinations in 2018.  You will be required to deal with a wide range of administrative tasks and be able to work flexibly to accommodate the examination results timetable and the busy day-to-day needs of our curriculum support team.

Simon Langton Girls’ Grammar School is a highly respected selective Voluntary Controlled Girls’ Grammar School that places students’ academic success on a par with their wellbeing, creating a unique learning community where every individual matters. Students attending the school are aged between 11-18 years and the school has a student roll of about 1,300 students (with approx. 400 pupils in our mixed Sixth Form).
