We are seeking to appoint a friendly, enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our busy administration team. The post holder will be responsible for the day to day administration of the Personnel function within Ifield School, ensuring that the school's recruitment, safeguarding and employment procedures are properly followed and the school is legally compliant. The role will also included general secretarial and administrative duties to support the Leadership and Administrative teams.

The successful candidate should have good interpersonal qualities, strong communication skills and be computer literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and databases. Previous experience in an Education or Human Resources background is desirable. A flexible nature  with the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines and close attention to detail is essential as is a discrete professional attitude. 

Basic hours will be 8.30am to 4.30pm, all year-round.
