Key Stage 1 Teaching assistant

Starting September 2017

We are looking to recruit an experienced teaching assistant to join our fantastic team. We are hoping to appoint a teaching assistant to support a child with very specific educational and behavioural needs, enabling them to access learning and learn social skills. The child you would be assisting has an educational health care plan and bespoke targets which you and another teaching assistant would be working towards. You will be well supported and receive appropriate training.  

We are looking to appoint that special person who is:

• Hands on imaginative approach to all aspects of teaching and learning which inspires and motivates learning

We are a designated National Teaching School and member of the Canterbury Coastal Alliance, working together with 16 local schools to ensure the sharing of expertise and continuing professional development.
