We are looking for an inspirational, dedicated and creative teacher to lead and develop our Religious Education department. The Ability to teach across all key stages is an advantage.  You should have a high expectation of achievement and behaviour, with strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students, parents and staff.  The successful candidate, who will be a practising Catholic, must be approachable, adaptable and well organised and in sympathy with the Catholic ethos and Mission of the School.

Information about the school

Located on the southern fringes of the historic city of Canterbury, St Anselm's is a happy and successful wide ability school, catering for those who wish to receive a Catholic education. The school has a large catchment area extending from Ashford to Herne Bay and from Wingham to Faversham. It is regularly over-subscribed. The Sixth Form, numbering 150 students, offers a wide range of Advanced level and vocational courses. In September 2004 the school became a specialist school for Science, though retaining its Catholic ethos.
