Do you have a real interest and great practical skills in all things IT?

The Galaxy Trust is looking to appoint 3 ICT Apprentice's with a pleasant and adaptable personality to join its friendly group of staff. 

The position is for 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time only plus 5 inset days) based at either Oakfield Primary Academy, Temple Hill Primary Academy or West Hill Primary Academy.

The successful candidate will report to the I.T. Technician and School Business Manager.

As an IT Support Apprentice, you will support the existing user base, develop relationships with users and solve technical issues in a timely fashion whilst providing a friendly, helpful service. You will be required to use your own initiative in order to provide professional, effective and efficient support for PCs and Apple Technology; including (but not limited to) Windows 7, Windows 8, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Lync, Mac OSX, IOS, Macs, iPads and iPhones.
