SEN Teaching Assistant/Lunchtime Supervisor (temporary for 1 year)

8.45 – 1.30 Mon – Fri, (23.75 hours per week), 39 weeks per annum (term time only plus 5 staff development days).

KR3 £15,253 - £16,967 (full time) dependent upon experience

Are you an adaptable teaching assistant who can apply a range of skills to bring out the best in our pupils? Come and join our friendly, vibrant school where the pupils are well behaved and love to learn.

This is a great opportunity to develop your career by expanding your skill base and applying your knowledge to 1:1 and small group work in KS2. The successful candidate will have a secure knowledge of Maths and English as well as good computer skills. Whilst there will be opportunities for professional development in this role, it would be advantageous for candidates if they have had experience of working with pupils with ASD. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate a drive for self improvement.

Valley Invicta Primary School at East Borough is a two-form entry school for children aged 4 to 11, with a Specialist Resource Provision, in the heart of the local community.
