We require a Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated and experienced Reception team. We would like someone who is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the Early Years and/or Key Stage 1 Curriculum. Candidates must have Maths and English to GCSE Grade C or equivalent (upon appointment qualification certificates will need to be shown). Qualifications and/or experience in supporting young children with SEN would also be desirable. 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. Ofsted said: "Pupils make good progress through their time in the school" and "Children make an outstanding start to their education in the Early Years Foundation Stage and develop a love of learning".

Kent Range 3 (£15,253 pro rata). Annual leave is not to be taken during the term and will therefore be paid in addition to salary. Pro rata equates to approximately £11,100 per annum inclusive of annual leave entitlement.

Shatterlocks Infant and Nursery School is a highly successful school. It benefits from modern buildings and is very well resourced with an outstanding staff. The school has up to 180 children in the main school and 52 children in the nursery.

Barton Junior school is a two-form entry Junior school (ages 7-11) in the heart of Dover. We provide our children with an excellent continuation of their education from infant school.
