Cleaner (Part-time)

21.25 Hours per week

Salary: Kent Range 2

Starting Salary:  £14,856 pro rata to hours worked

 

We are looking to appoint a permanent Part-time Cleaner to join our friendly team for 21.25 hours per week, all year round (7.00am-8.15am and 3.00pm-6pm) to clean and tidy our busy School.

A degree of flexibility is necessary during school holidays.

This large thriving school is well established in the area and shares a site with Herne Bay Junior School, bounded by Kings Road and Stanley Road and enjoying a central position in the town.

The school is a 3 form entry with a nursery and there are currently 300 children on roll. There is a good staff/pupil ratio throughout the school ensuring an inclusive, creative, supportive and secure environment.

As a school committed to safeguarding children all staff members will undergo an enhanced DBS check and candidates will be assessed on their suitability to work with children. In line with Keeping Children Safe in Education, checks include references, online searches and health clearance before employment.
